Refund Policy


Customers can claim a refund from Nuclius Health Pvt Ltd by sending an email to info@icardin.com no later than 7 days after the report is delivered to them. In the email, the grounds for claiming the refund should be clearly mentioned.
On receipt of your request to claim a refund, our medical representative will reach out to you to assess the nature and relevance of your complaint.
We provide a up to 100% refund to our paying customers if the following conditions are met:

1) The expert did not provide a treatment recommendation.
2) Consultation doesn’t happen due to unavailability of expert.
